Who we are

Rose Development & Construction started out in 2012 as an architecture firm called Rose Architects. When Zach started the company he had no idea that the construction bug would get him... just four years later, he embarked on his first construction project...and the rest is history. Zach met another awesome architect named Rob and they started orcuttrose.com leading to the creation of our family of companies.

RDC takes pride in clean, functional spaces and is passionately committed to construction perfection, innovation, and sustainability. As the firm’s driving force, Zach is a licensed Fort Lauderdale Architect in the State of Florida (lic. # AR96067), licensed General Contractor (lic. # CGC1526625), licensed Plumber (lic. # CFC1431651), licensed Roofing Contractor (lic. # CCC1335831), an accredited LEED AP, and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

Every project starts with a detailed and ongoing dialogue with the project stakeholders. All projects have unique challenges and we never rely on a “cookie cutter” approach to our work. It is this truly integrated design process that results in not only beautiful architecture and a flawless build, but also spaces that our Clients are proud to call their own.
